Who manufatures your products?
A. All of our products are handcrafted by artisans in their country
of origin. Because we import directly from family owned establishments,
our prices and quality are extremely competitive.

Is your pottery really hand painted or do the manufacturers apply
‘decals’?
A. Unlike mass produced dinnerware in the United States, each piece
we sell has been crafted by hand. From the initial "throwing"
of the clay to the hand-painting and kiln firing, our ceramics are
crafted as they have been for hundreds of years.

What are your wholesale/design professional (b2b) prices?
A. We do not currently offer discount prices for resale or design
professionals.We want all of our customers to enjoy the same low
price and high quality that our product affords.

How long does order processing take?
A. We attempt to a turn-around time of no longer than two business
days upon order completion. If an order must be received by a certain
date, please make us aware of the urgency during the ordering process
and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Q.
How is my order shipped?
A. For safety during delivery we double-box and pad each order.
Should a package run into any unwarranted handling during the shipping
process, these measures should keep the contents safe. Breakage
is very rare - and in that rare case the order is insured.
In the event of a delivery mishap, save the original packaging and
contact us (service@ceramicsofeurope.com)
as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?
A. While refunds are not available, we are happy to exchange items
if necessary, within 14 days following purchase.

Do you deliver outside of the United States?
A. At this time we only deliver within the United States.

Is your tableware dishwasher/oven/microwave safe?
A. Unless otherwise noted in the product description our products
should not be used in conventional or microwave ovens. While hand-washing
is encouraged; occassional, gentle dishwashing should not harm the
ceramics - though no use warranty is offered or claimed.

Are your products lead free?
A. Unless otherwise noted in the product description, our products
are lead-free and suitable for food use.
